We can ship to other EU countries please complete the contact form with your requirements and include your country of residence we will then confirm the shipping costs with you.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days. You are responsible for the product reaching us we strongly recommend that you always use track and trace in order to track your return shipment. Once you have shipped your order please send us an email with the following information: Your name, address, contact telephone number and your order number. In addition, we would also like to know the reason for this (not mandatory). As soon as we have received the product, we will respond to you within 3 days. The product must always be in its original packaging and undamaged. We always recommend that you open the original packing carefully.
UK Orders
Due to the ongoing disruption caused by Brexit, we have no option but to suspend all UK orders and shipments, with immediate effect. We’ve faced increasing complexities in transporting your orders from our EU warehouse to the UK and have been trying to adapt to this new approach. Despite our best efforts, we’ve faced significant challenges from both, the UK and EU border officials, our courier partners, as well as new customs systems and processes. Delays due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Due to the unprecedented and unpredictable situation we find ourselves in at the moment, we are experiencing delays with shipments reaching our customers, because of the demand currently being placed on delivery services. Once your order has been placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please bear with us and be rest assured that we are doing everything we can to provide you with the best service possible.
Please note that should you wish to return an item, they are taking longer than normal to process and refund, due to increased hygiene measures within our warehouse. Please be re-assured that we will try to deal with it as quickly as possible.
